2024-25 Record: 7-20

OUTLOOK

Entering his third season as head coach, Jordan Sweeney and the Bulldogs are back with a team that brings experience and tenacity to the court.

“The Jay Bulldogs will return several players from the past few seasons. We hope to be competitive on the floor and continue to improve,” coach Sweeney said.

Ryan Taylor (Sr.) returns as a VYPE Top 100 selectee. Taylor is coming off a great summer and coach Sweeney hopes to see him lead the team this year.

“He is great at attacking the basket and creating scoring opportunities for himself and others. We look forward to watching what he can do this year,” coach Sweeney said.

Stone Taylor (Jr.) will play guard giving the Bulldogs a player who can shoot the rock and play salty defense. Taylor continues to develop and will be crucial for the overall success of the team this year.

Also look for Trace Thompson (Sr.) at forward. According to coach Sweeney, Thompson has made huge improvements over the summer and could be a player to watch this season. With Thompson at forward, the Bulldogs are developing into a team that competes in the paint for points and rebounds, coupled with some excellent outside shooting.
