QUAPAW WILDCATS
Coach: ZACHARY REED
2025-26 Record: 6-14
OUTLOOK
The Wildcats, led by coach Zachary Reed, are entering the new season with a roster that includes experience, athleticism and players looking to make the most of their opportunities on the court.
Casius Cody (5-10, Sr.) is the lone senior in what could be the starting five for the Wildcats. Cody will likely play shooting guard where his skill set is best suited. Mason Myrick (5-10, Jr.) joins Cody in the backcourt at point guard. The pair have experience running the offense and will give the Wildcats solid play on the defensive end of the court.
Sophomores Wyatt Daniels (6-1) and Ben Kelly (5-10) will occupy the forward positions with Daniels playing power forward and Kelly playing small forward. Their play in the paint and battling for rebounds will be key this season.
Another player looking to make an impact in the paint is Gunner Shallenburger (5-9, So.). A tough player who is fearless in the paint, Shallenburger will step in at center where his athleticism will be difficult to manage for some opponents.
Gunner Parker will assist coach Reed who is entering his third season at the helm of the Quapaw basketball program.
